The World Class Automotive Group has announced a number of their dealership locations have earned multiple highly coveted awards, including the Ford Triple Crown and Ford President’s Award. In addition, the auto group’s Volkswagen dealership has received the Wolfsburg Crest Club honor for excellence in sales and customer service.
Ford Top Honors
Randall Reed’s Planet Ford in Humble, Planet Ford in Spring and Prestige Ford in Garland are all repeat recipients of the Ford’s highest honors, the Triple Crown and President’s Awards. The Texas-based dealerships are among a select and leading group of Ford dealerships to receive these prestigious recognitions by Ford Motor Company.
These sought-after distinctions distinguish the top-dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing by providing exceptional service and customer satisfaction. The Triple Crown is garnered by only one percent of dealerships. To be recognized, each dealership is required to receive all of Ford’s top awards, which include the President’s Award for customer service, being selected as a Ford Elite based on vehicle sales, and making the Ford Customer Service Premiere Club.

In addition to winning the Triple Crown and President’s Award, all locations also received the Partners in Quality Award and Elite Dealer status for 2019. Many of these honors are generated by surveys from the costumer’s service experience. For example, in order to achieve the President’s Award, a dealership must exceed customer expectations in every single department.
These Ford Motor Company awards salute only the top-performing Ford dealerships that embrace the company’s philosophies and achieve excellent levels of customer satisfaction – in both sales and service.
Volkswagen Highest Recognition
For the second consecutive year, McKinney Volkswagen, located in McKinney, Texas, has received the Wolfsburg Crest Club honor from Volkswagen of America. This is an elite recognition for an exclusive group of dealerships who have met Volkswagen stringent standards in both sales and service.

In order to qualify the Wolfsburg Crest Club, a dealership must provide excellence in new vehicle sales, certified pre-owned sales, customer service, and satisfaction. Points are awarded for parts sales, following proper operating standards, and overall facility excellence.
