Many ask what the Ford Triple Crown is, how does a dealer achieve receiving one and how hard is it to get – especially year after year? The Triple Crown is Ford’s highest honor. It is only given to the most elite dealers in the nation. In order to be recognized, a dealership must receive already being a multi-award-winning dealership to even qualify. I am proud to be the first independent Ford dealer to win the highly coveted Triple Crown at every Randall Reed dealership in the same year. In addition, I was also thankful to be the seventh inductee ever selected for the Ford Dealer Hall of Fame. This incredible honor is based on sales volume, and also requires a dealer be respected, admired and loved by the Ford Motor Company, Ford Credit, their own employees as well as other Ford dealers.
Earning the prestigious Triple Crown recognition requires that a dealer is providing award-winning sales and service. They must first earn the President’s Award for customer service; the Ford One Hundred Club, an honor based on vehicle sales; and the Premier Club. All of our hard-working and caring Ford dealership team have these accolades and for several, they have actually earned them all, including the Triple Crown, for six consecutive years.
What Is the President’s Award?
This award is given to recognize that a dealership has achieved excellence in customer satisfaction. The Reed family takes great pride in this particular award as customer satisfaction is paramount. The dealership group is the recipient of multiple President’s Awards and has been year after year during our 30-plus years as a dealer.
